Never heard of it and had to look it up. It is one of those vibration machines that are supposed to tone up your muscles. We have one of those machines and it does nothing for me, but may help others. Best way to circulate blood is to walk. A treadmill is a far better investment!
The question you have to ask yourself is whether the NHS recommends such a device? I am sure it might provide a nice sensation but are you really expecting it to work over a proper exercise regime or even painkillers?
Thanks for the feed back but unfortunately either a good walk or treadmill is out of the question for both of us, my rubbish knees prevent me walking enough to do any good and the other half is even worse than me even having a struggle around the house.
So I've taken the plunge and ordered one and will post on here the results after giving it a try, so here's hoping and ta once again.
if you have a pace maker or anything like it you should not use it. we have had one for years now before Bothy advertised anything, It was an asset to keep your blood moving around if you rather immobile almost static. Then Bob got heart problems then the pacemaker. He has asked and the answer is always the same. The electric pulse that runs through your legs etc. can affect & interfere with the pacemaker. So it's a no no for anyone that uses anything linked to the heart or anything changing pulse, beats etc. Ask first. I gave nothing like that wrong with me and so it is still in use. I am immobile so it's an asset for the like of a disabled person, always sitting.
