Just had my March edition and the print size in the articles is so small I am finding them difficult to read - even with my glasses ! - Anyone else finding the print too small ?
You intrigued me with expectations of a possibly revamped Mag, but mine's just arrived and seems no different to previous mags! Yes the text on many articles is small, but I have no difficulty reading it with cheap over the counter low mag non-prescription reading glasses.
May I respectfully and seriously suggest if you are struggling so much, then maybe a trip to opticians is wise to ensure all is in order with eyes, numerous causes of deterioration possible, but best caught ASAP in case medical treatment is required. I've a family history of Glaucoma (I'm OK so far!), so tend to be rather paranoid about anything affecting my vision, as I've watched others suffer irreparable damage through delay in treatment.
It is an issue that has been raised on the Club's own forum so you are probably not alone. I wear varifocal glasses and can't say I have a particular problem. Obviously a larger typeface is always easier to read but I don't think the text is any smaller than what appears in posts on this forum?
I’d advocate making it electronic, scrapping the printed version and making cost savings which could be passed on to the members in some way.
On a tablet print can be enlarged at will to suit the reader. It can even be ‘read out’ to you verbally.
I’d scrap money as its unhygienic, magazines for the same reason plus printing costs, letters as snail mail takes so long to deliver and email is free and instant.

David, you do know that it it YOU and your settings that determine the size of the text on this forum....
