Does anyone have a hand-held bat detector and/or could recommend a reasonably priced and useful one? There are a lot available online at wildly varying prices. It occurred to me that it'd be a good family gift, having two growing grandsons with woodland and a good garden mosaic around where they live, but I'm not sure where to start. Thank you.
(And yes, I know it's insanely early to be thinking about Christmas gifts...)
