I had a Baxi platinum fitted in my old house which I rent out, 10yr warranty, all I have to do is get it serviced( I use the guy who fitted it so he knows the score.
Find a few local plumbers and get quotes, my in laws used a national firm and has had no end of problems afterwards....avoid BG like the plague!
