Looks alright, but: I spend a lot more than 3 hours in my office chair which i got for £15 off FB marketplace. Have a trawl, there'll be a good few by you. Some far better than mine, as well. if folk want rid (usually because they want the space), they practically give them away regardless of original cost.
We had a workplace assessment after I reported my RSI elbow as an accident at work. Plenty of us had RSI, it turned out (due to keyboard, mouse, or seat height). You must be able to raise or lower the seat: it’s not clear if this ikea seat does that or not. Your knees should be at 90 degrees when your feet are flat on the floor.
I ended up taking my exercise ball to work to sit on (right size of ball, blown up so it was the right height); very good for your back muscles to have to adjust yourself slightly, prevents slouching too.

The giveaway is the lever underneath the seat, and it also tells you in the Product Description.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
OH has one which she bought to replace a cosiderably more expensive office chair. She uses it for marking so some pretty long stints and she's happy with it.
