How do you know what my password is.
I thought it was quite unique.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Check whether your passwords have been compromised at https://haveibeenpwned.com/
Which? recommends this website.
I’m on LinkedIn, it warned everyone to change their passwords when they had a data breach, and I did so immediately. Passwords must have been sold on because years later I got several scary “sextortion” emails, addressing me by the old password.
Thanks for the link I will check that out.
I use Norton and that alerts me to info.on the dark web plus i use their password manager so don't have to worry about writing them down or anything.
On the subject of security its worth registering with Cifas and their financial data check thing.
I registered after losing my debit card and my I.C.E card.

Thanks again
Just checked the link you said and apparently twitter was compromised earlier this year and I didn't know.
So definitely Thanks again.

When did you last update all your passwords?
Especially the ebay,Amazon, paypal etc ones
Hopefully you all use a long password like this for example
K7zYs\9p1AK*4m=D{z
Just a thought :)
I don't use Amazon or PayPal although my wife does. I do however change my passwords fairly frequently. A combination of old car registration numbers with a few symbols thrown in for good measure and random capitol letters too, I have used on occasions. If you need to write them down you can just put the make or model of car (provided you can remember its reg. no) as a good reminder. Few people will remember a car you had 30 years ago and if you combine it with one you had 20 years ago you have a fairly strong password.
