I don't know the road or region, but my sat nav picks a caravan friendly route along the A171, it shows a hill of around 800ft climb over 3 miles (around 4.1% incline) approaching 'Hutton Mulgrave Plantation' and starting just outside Whitby, that's nothing to be concerned about if car well matched to caravan.
A little way on from Lockwood Beck Reservoir are a couple of tightish bends in an 'S', but don't appear extreme from GoogleMaps Streetview, and no obvious warning signs of severe bends, so a cautious speed should see you around those just fine, they are on the downhill, so attention does need to be paid to gathering pace, which with the additional caravan weight to car, can catch you out if not keeping an eye on speedo!
End of the day, it's a 28 mile journey, so no need to rush to get the distance in, just pace yourself to your comfort zone.
Googlemaps Street View really is your friend when it comes to planning journeys, you can see in advance what the lie of the land is. I use a phone app Sat Nav called Magic Earth (it's free), you can customise it to caravan dimensions, max speed etc. (use the 'Truck' vehicle setting), over and above most Sat Navs it also allows you to view the route altitude profile, so you can see where steep hills are! https://www.magicearth.com/
As others have suggested, if this is your first venture into caravan towing, a towing course is money well spent (around £200, both caravan clubs offer them, and you don't have to be a club member). Many aspects to towing that are just not part of normal solo car driving, so things to learn, and a great deal of comfort/confidence to gain.
