There's a low bridge (2.6m high at its lowest point, rising to 4m in the centre) heading north off the roundabout with A460 and A5. You should get through if you use the middle of the road, but it's an easy detour to use A5 westbound and A4601 north. Otherwise, either north towards Stafford or south towards Walsall it's a wide road and an easy tow but, as DaveS says, there are a million speed cameras!
