I have a garmin camper 760 works well never got us into trouble and it’s big complete with live traffic updates and maps for life for all of Europe, mine was on offer st Aldi for £200, I keep hearing about some of the cheap ones of eBay bring ok, loads of truck drivers that come In Our place use them. I’m sure they are only about £30-£50

Do not rely 100% on any SatNav, use it in conjunction with a road map and if available use directions given by sites for final approach.

Although I am a Garmin man, and am happy with my Nuvi with lifetime maps and traffic updates, I saw this TomTom for campers / caravans.
Lick this link
Or click it if you prefer 😀

They used to do a tomtom camper but scrapped it, looks like they have re released and the better live platform.
I used to have a tomtom go 500 which was a country mile better than the garmin, but tomtom didnt do the camper maps for it so i got shut and bought the garmin

Well, good luck with your maps. There’s nothing wrong with map navigation - we use it in conjunction with our GPS, but a map won’t help you find the nearest (or on your current route) Supermarket, Fuel station, ATM, or accommodation etc etc
We trust but verify on a map the route we want, amending the GPS as necessary.
I seriously believe, if you are not using GPS (or smartphone)as part of your navigation method, you are living in a dark age.
You use the Internet to look at this forum - think about upgrading your trusty map to GPS and join the 21st Century navigation

As stated use my in car one for last couple miles.
And to be honest do not use a map much either.
I check my route before i go and just go.
Thats be honest here, for me you do not need a Sat Nav to tell you.
East M1 then depends north or south
West it's A50.then depends north or south
North M1, M6, A1.
South west M1,M42,M5,A38
South M1 M25, and whatever exit
As for a Supermarket, fuel, ATM, etc. If you are passing and need it pull over, if you don't carry on.
Also i can do without another voice in the bloody car telling me to turn left or right!!

I use this one. It is simple to use, and has taken me around the UK, France, and Spain. It has 32000 Campsites which is a big bonus, another bonus is the price £74.97.

Co-Pilot is a good app. Lets you put in your car and caravan length. Still use a map as backup though.

May be having a senior moment but does the co-pilot Europe cover UK? Just looked at it and it wasn't obvious...or perhaps that's just me!
