As has been said, the Mayday cover is the most comprehensive cover you can get, including a caravan. Also, you will find that the longest, but still legal, caravans are not included in the AA's cover, reason I switched to Mayday a few years ago.
But like any insurance, you can only judge them when you need them, and the 3 times I've had to, all when at home, they've always attended within the hour. Once was to the caravan when I couldn't get the spare wheel carrier released! Unlike the AA who left me stranded, the car on it's own, for hours a few hundred yards from services on the M74, so hardly a remote area!!!
