I try to be but some people just don't appreciate it!! Seriously tho' I have a Jeep Cherokee, but my local dealers have a few Grand Cherokee Overlands in, if I had the money I would be in there like a rat up a drainpipe!!
Caravan Club sites are awash with Kia cars - is is some sort of a Kia showroom thing or are they really that good for towing caravans or are they really that cheap that nothing else measures up? Would be interesting to know.....

They just do what they say on the tin extremely well. I have towed all over Europe with mine and its been brilliant, especially relaxing in auto form. They are certainly good value although I question whether they are cheap. People must buy what they want but us Sorento owners are a pretty pleased bunch!
We had a GC Jeep and only kept it for 3 months!! Dont ask about the money lost!! We sold it because our teenagers moaned that there was no leg room, and to be honest the front passenger well was quite small. When we went to France it was a pain because there was not much room to keep my bag, passports, flask etc!!
Towing was fine, it never missed a beat. There was a strange noise sometimes, but we sold it before finding out what it was. (Sold to a LR dealer for a Disco!!!!!!!!!)
Friends have a Kia and swear by it for its towing ability. I find it rather noisy and it is nowhere near as refined as the Jeep.
Each to their own!
Nicky -
I am one of the smug Disco owners - sorry, couldnt resist!
AS previously said, and with the experience of 5 Jeeps, up to a 2.7 GC, although they never failed to start nor did they ever break down, there were always several issues/problems occurring which were always dealt with under the warranty.
So, certainly the last Jeep we had, a 2.7, was more refined than the Sorento, but so far there has been no warranty claims with the Sorento.

Kia Sorento has won the what car tow car of the year for a few years running... a contributing factor is that it has self levelling suspension for towing.
As for "being that cheap" ????? £26,000 in my book isn't THAT cheap.
