Hi All!
Thanks for your input. All this weighing individual axles and adding and taking away has got my head in a bit of a spin. And its not because I am a woman, it just seems to have become very technical and a little bit beyond my understanding. Before I posted the original question, I had emptied everything out of the van and weighed it using my bathroom scales. I have only 150kg available and lost 12 by having a motor mover fitted. Having done the CC towing course and learned all about weight and towing, I want to get it right (and don't actually needthe mover now!). I might add my OH thinks I am going a bit OTT but I want to be safe. Have found a weighbridge at my local recycling centre and a commercial one nearby. Hopefully when I go, they will know what they are doing. Thanks everyone.
Jean
