I thought it was a £60 medical and then your done for 5 years?

Well the medical was £60 when i applied for it.

Another thumbs up for a chiropractor IF it is sciatica. I've not suffered from it myself but my cousin and uncle have both told me how great the chiro was and i've had treatment for something else from a chiro and it was great :)
