Your best bet is to take the car to a weight bridge, Empty the car add 90% fuel then weigh it, you then need to add 70kg for the driver and 5kg for load (as per european regs).
That will give you your cars true kerbweight, then you can work your percentages from that, the brochure weight for my car is 1540 kgs the true weight is 1705kg. The higher the car spec the heavier the car
