The only figures you can compare between the link and what is on your plate is the Gross Vehicle Weight of 2120kg on the link against the 2095kg on your plate.
The 2120kg is made up of the 1445kg kerbweight amd the 675kg max loading weight.
The maximum braked towing weight is on the V5 for a lot of cars so check your V5. Either way the combination cannot exceed the gross maximum train weight.
Mark think carefully as I said before, fast moving motorway going uphill and your trying to gain speed on a slip road to join it safely is a 1.6 petrol going to do that i'm not so sure
My first tow car was a Grand Scenic 1.6 towing a 1179 kg Ranger. As long as you use the revs you could get along. It was not relaxing. Driving through France I got less that 20mpg. My biggest issue was not realising that the 1300kg tow weight was driver only. Once I realised that, the car had to go.
A 1.6 will tow, But you need to think ahead a bit more thats all.
Dont let the revs drop too much, 4000 - 5000 may seem like a lot of revs, But its better for the engine than letting it drop below the powerband and struggle.
I towed 1000kg with a 1.6 Montego a few years back. It was OK. A lot more gearchanges than a modern turbo diesel. But it will tow.
Thats the smallest car /engine i have had for years also. So it was not long before i got something bigger.
