As I said , sorry if my post seemed harsh. Once you get a bit more experience you will realise the risks you took towing a caravan that had not moved for two year without checking tyres, brakes etc..etc. Will probably give you a shock.
I wasn't even going to post but felt someone had to highlight the issues/risks to a new caravanner however harsh it came across.Better that than possibly wiping out a couple of families heading on holiday!
Anyway good luck with the caravan and hope the service doesn't throw up to many costly issues but would recon a couple of tyres will be the first thing on the list.
