What sort of milage do you do, you could lease a brand new car every 2 or 3 years, put a small deposit down, and if you stay within the milage limit , you can use that car as a full deposit for the next one and reduce your payments, Skoda is doing some impressive lease deals at the moment, a skoda superb for less than £200 a month, even the Yeti is on offer
I've been towing my 2002 Swift Challanger (MTPLM 1188)with my three your old Kia Ceed SW estate for 2 years. The combination tows brilliantly, I get 60mpg not towing and 32mpg when towing and only £30 road tax.
We can't afford anywhere near £200 am month on a car so leasing is out I'm afraid. We are not having much luck finding a car at them moment there doesn't seem to be much about in stourbridge, kidderminster area at the moment will have to keep looking. Have found some cracking cars 100's of miles away but not prepared to go that far as if there are any problems while under warranty it would be a nightmare to get back. Thanks all for help we will keep looking Insignia seems to be the ones that are about.
After having our fingers badly burnt with a Mazda 6 I can fully understand why you want to get rid of your car!! We now have an Octavia and tow a caravan heaver than yours no problem, I would highly recommend if you can get one.
Hi JoBee71 unfortunately there are no Skoda cars anywhere near where we live in our price range so they are out at the moment there doesn't seem to be much on autotrader at all near us so don't know why. When we were looking for our mondeo there were loads will have to keep checking.

talk to your local garage, they may honour your warranty, and be able to claim off the suppling dealer
We used Skoda dealer at Telford, very friendly, I know not very close to you but not too far away. Would it be worth asking them if they know of any older Octavia's that may be px'd anytime soon or they may even have contacts for dealers who may sell in your price range.
We have put our postcode in and the distance we are prepared to travel but no Skodas I found a nice mazda 6 that said 11 miles from us on auto trader but when I put the post code in AA route planner to see where it was it was actually 28 miles away not 11 as advertised and that's too far out for us.
Autotrader mileage is always out, when I was looking it could be out by as much as 60 miles.
28 miles too far out, are you havin a Turkish.......
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
I believe Autotrader mileages are measured "as the crow flies" which is not much use to anyone, whereas "route planners" mileages show the distance by normal road.
