Sorry Baileyjake but the date at which the driving licence categories changed was 1997, not 2007. The differences are therefore academic to the 30-year-old OP.

Most fixed bed 4-berth vans will weigh more than 1250kg when loaded. There may be a few exceptions but not many.

yes you are right, it was 1997 so the 30 year old OP can only look at 1250kg MTPLM caravans.

however, i looked yesterday on caravan finder and there are loads of 4 and 5 berth caravans that fall below that weight. it depends what the op wants, the older caravans seem to be lighter. there were bailey rangers for example with fixed bed that fell below 1250kg.....

or the OP can take the B+E test.

Does anyone know the best jockey wheel to use? Is it pneumatic or those all plastic Al-Ko one's? I've seen these and they look good has anyone had any experience with them? Think they're used more on trailers but could look good on my Eriba Puck http://kartt.co.uk - Kartt jockey wheels

Hi,

Can you please start a new thread, as you will get more answers and not hijack an existing one.
