As pointed out, more than just the stud/bolt number/pitch to consider.

The rolling diameter of the tyre (wheel dia x tyre width/profile) has to match other wheels, the hub location has to match the car axle boss, and the wheel offset has to be suitable so as not to foul either suspension or bodywork. And potentially it also has to have a load rating suitable for the car! Also the seat for the wheel nuts/bolts MUST match the nuts/bolts you would be using!

Not all wheels are equal! - in fact every aspect can differ!

One intended for your specific car is really the only easy option to be sure it's compatible.

The RAC patrols carry a 'Universal' spare wheel to rescue motorists without spares, but they only claim it fits 80% of cars!

The AA patrols likewise carry a 'Universal' spare wheel, but only claim a 90% fit compatibility for their version.

Look on EBay for new and S/H Picanto slim spares,and full size will fit Picanto boot well definitely up to 2020 but I have not looked if later ones are deep enough for the full size

the other thing to watch out for is both my cars come with a space saver steel wheel spares and were suplied with seperate wheel nuts, I was told by garage the alloy wheel nuts were not suitable to be used with a steel either space saver or full size.
