hi you can get new pads here,if not sure the tension should be at least 60lbs after refitting.

I only bought the thing on Friday and have used it once for a ten mile drive, on 5 of those miles it wasn't even on!! Surely it shouldn't need a new or clean anything!!!!

Honestly Michael, i aint never EVER heard a sound like it. I am going to Loch Fyne to a pitch on a caravan site Tuesday for a one night test, i'm hoping i'll find another caravan enthusiast like myself who will put my mind at rest.

We had the same problem and it turned out that some of the bolts on the tow bar needed a wee tighten. [Tried to tell my OH that that was what the noise was! MEN]. Fine and quiet tow this weekend!!
