Hi Wizard,

I've just sent an email to your link requesting the details as well.

I hope that you don't mind but you're a life saver!

I've been trying to release the ratchet since the first time I locked it on, (we've only had the caravan for 6 weeks).

Kind regards,

Andy

Hi Wizard,

Sorry to pester you but I need to ask for your expert advice again...

I've just been to 'adjust' the alko 1300 as it had seized. I used a small hammer and gave it several taps and it eventually unseized. I unscrewed the adjusting side and it came away, allowing me to remove the plunger but I can only find one circlip. I've put it all back together and it tightens until it clicks and then it will undo again, which it wouldn't before. However, I've only got the one circlip at the end of the plunger now. In the replacement kits, it shows 2 circlips for each plunger but not sure if there's one spare or if I've lost one. The stuff you sent me only shows one retaining ring so not sure what to do now...

Thanks again,

Andy
