Parking like that makes my blood boil.
If I was a bit younger I would join the police so i could get people who park like that banged up for a few months. Just because they are on holiday they think they can park willy nilly when there are nice straight white lines to obey.
If I was the lorry driver I would have demanded that they correct the parking so I could have parked next to them as close as possible with the engine left running, the fridge motor running and the radio on full blast, that would have taught the lazy blighters a lesson. Mind you I do that anyway.
I just read that and chuckled to myself ... then read on a bit and realised that everyone else has taken it seriously! Surely not!! I thought bkb44b was taking the pee out of people getting het up about a fellow caravanner parking a bit squint in an empty car park. No-one could get quite so foaming-at-the-mouth cross over something quite so trivial - surely?
This is a rather amusing thread. Its quite funny watching some of these comments coming in. The poor bloke who parked this has even been condemed to prison.

...Apparently (according to him) they then went in the van for a cuppa....
Kev.
I hope they realised that using a gas appliance at a Motorway Service Area is Very Naughty (possibly even naughtier than not parking between the lines) and were using a vacuum flask!

I am wondering how the person who took the pictures knew that they had gone into the caravan for a cup of tea unless he was spying on them. Maybe they just needed the loo or even a 10 minute break.
I don't personally see a problem with what he's done, there could be a multiple amount of reasons to it. What I find disturbing is someone has taken a picture of them, and put it up on a public forum for some to ridicule!

The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.

Quite. The caravanner in question could be a member on here, and in which case will probably be feeling pretty awful right now.

My wife could park better than that blindfold and arms tied behind her back. Our dog could probably park better too. Pride and a little perseverance would sort it out.

The caravan driver should be very very ashamed - my wife could park better than that.
why be ashamed they could be new to caravans and be proud of their parking. Could your wife reverse straight fist time. Can you reverse perfect every time.. I bet you cant

As stated by Hugh "Pride and a little perseverance would sort it out"
Regarding the wife - not sure about "fist" time, but probably first time!
