I don't mean to sound rude but if you are not prepared to travel 28 miles to grab the car that suits you then you don't really want or need a new car.
I have to agree with you we live in a small village so to buy a car we are looking at any thing up to 50 miles away, that's the price of living in a small village. If you want a car badly enough you would be prepared to travel a few miles to get the right one, the right car is very rarely right on your doorstep.
You could try Available Cars at Cannock(on the A5). They have hundreds of nearly new cars, including Vauxhall.
We have had a couple of cars from them in the past(when they were called Motorhouse).
They will have a website.
Its not far from you.

We have put our postcode in and the distance we are prepared to travel but no Skodas I found a nice mazda 6 that said 11 miles from us on auto trader but when I put the post code in AA route planner to see where it was it was actually 28 miles away not 11 as advertised and that's too far out for us.
I am wondering, and possibly others on here, if you get out much,, 50 to 100 miles can be achieved in around 2 hours depending on the type of roads
Looking at my road atlas the Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham conurbation would appear to be within easy reach from Kinver, together with having good road connections, for anyone seriously looking for a replacement car. I wish I had a similar area within reasonable travelling distance when changing my car.
