Interesting debate that I started off here haha. Having read everyone’s opinion and doing some independent research, it’s pretty clear that the second hand van we have bought is too big for the car so last weekend we took the plunge and part ex’d it for a brand new Swift Sprite Major 6 that has a MTPLM of bang on 1500kg. Puts my ratio at 88% which I am comfortable with as it has all the various stabilisers you can have and is not over the 1.5t tow limit of the car
