This is becoming a touchy subject......
Just can't understand why some are so upper height to whether you have a MM or not....
Och it is the same with windbreaks, awnings, BBQs, you name it, some luv em and some hate em.
Those that use em are wimps, spoilsports or kill-joys. Or we are sensible and hedonistic.
There will always be those that would rather criticise than agree. Such is the life of a Forum.
Each to their own Lobby For us its access to drive when not in storage and also that my back is about 90 years old so im knackered pushing a van and dont wish to spend 3 days flat on me back on me hols A question for al is why are they so touchy and know whats best for each individuals requirements..amy spelling mistakes i apologise for as im having a few Large voddies
I'm the same. One heart attack and two replacement knee joints, none of which I would like to go through again, so the cost of a motor mover is peanuts compared to my future health.
What convinced me was I was on a site and a "I can reverse anywhere" driver spent some time reversing onto the pitch and the smell from his clutch was overpowering.

While we have these expert reversers who can reverse into the tightest spots, I wonder how their eyes in the back of their heads work?
We often hear on this forum about vans being damaged in storage, or worse still someone being knocked down. Even with someone "spotting" at the rear, it is all too easy to get things wrong. Indeed 30% of all caravan claims are for reversing incidents with the average claim being £1800.
Motor movers make sense no matter how good one is at reversing.
