I've got a trophy 450/2GL caravan. 1005kg laden weight. Would an aks1300 stabiliser be good enough to secure the caravan or would I be better with an aks2007 or aks3004 version instead. Its quite light but also quite big for its weight.

Not been towing long so not sure, any help would be appreciated.

I would think the 1300 would be fine.

Yes, our van is 1050 unladen and we use the AKS1300.

The Alko 1300 is self explanitary in so much as it is recommended for a towing weight of up to 1300kg., so yes it will be fine.  Our caravan has a loaded weight of 1200kg and was fitted with the Alko 1300 from new.

I have used the AKS1300 for a year now and it is fine on my 1130KG van.  I would suggest that you do not need to waste any more cash on anything larger.
