Just seen a Daewoo Musso 2.9td auto on an 02 plate at what appears to be a very good price. Does anyone tow with one of these? Looking for advice re pros & cons of this car eg mpg solo/ towing etc.etc. Much obliged.

Hi, price when new around £20,000, value now through auction £2500 to £3200. Good engines that can suffer from camchain issues. Also plagued with rear brake problems that require attention every service. Parts are scarce and expensive, brake pads can be £120 on certain types.Dealers are also few and far between. Average towcar but very capable offroader, especially in the big petrol versions. MPG when towing early to mid 20's. All in all they're not the best choice of car, depreciation is attrocious and difficult to trade in. Howver the United Nations used them extensively so they must have some good points although it escapes me!

Looks like a no then!!!!!!
