So 40p/litre cooking oil 96p/litre diesel mixed 50/50 = 68p/litre I wonder if  car manufacturers will approve this--or will it void warranties---also I wonder if it will give the fuel more or less lubrication-----& increase--or decrease the life of the injector pump----also in cold weather might it wax up?----

It does wax up in cold weather unless well mixed or pre-heated, most manufacturers only approve a 95/5 mix as it does not lubricate seals fully.

I run my 200TDi disco on pure veg during the summer, and just replace the fuel filter every 4-6 weeks, I know of several people who run pajeros on it too
