for just a trailer you need single electrics (for the road lights)
fixed towbars are just that, they are there permanantly, as seen on most vehicles,
there is also the removable ball, whis looks like its not there when you remove iot, and fits into a socket to put it on for towing, these cost more than the fixed ones.
there are different brands, which cost different amonts, but presonally if its for your vehicle and up to standards, it makes no differance.
Im sure somone with a picasso will have a better idea on price than me!
As to final price, how long is a peice of string??
Look in the yellow pages, and phone around, just had a bar fitted to my car, quotes from £130, up to £240!!! and dont discount those that come to you. my final choice (at £135) came to me.
