Thanks, It's the extra HP im after. I'm convinced that the government will up the tax on LPG if it gets popular, that is what happened with diesel in the 80's :( I'm just cynical :)
Missed the point here, this is not lpg to replace diesel, but used as a catalyst alongside diesel and is supposed to improve torque and mpg by burning more of the diesel injected each cycle.
Anyone has this conversion fitted?

The Sorento UK Forum has a load of guys who have fitted Powerboxes to their Sorentos, although this is partly because one of the main guys there, in Southern Ireland, is a distributor for them. But they all swear by them, and that's people who actually have one fitted to THEIR car.
Every time this subject is raised in forums like this, there are always loads of folk crawling out of the woodwork telling horrendous stories. The common denominator of these stories is always the same, they've read about it, a friend of their uncle's granny had his car blow up after tuning it, etc etc etc. Never actual, personal experience!!!
Personally, I would always go down the re-map road, but as I've said, there are plenty guys on the Sorento UK Forum who have Powerboxes fitted. One other thing you must remember to do, if you've any sense, and that's tell your insurance company!!
The 2 big companies involved in re-mapping are Superchips, and Angel Tuning, but there are plenty of others around. Google those 2 and you'll get plenty info.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure!
