Hi I'm going to buy a set of milenco areo mirrors ,the question is do you prefer a Convex or Flat mirror on the drivers /off side
I have a set of the strap type mirrors at the moment and vibration is a problem ,both have flat glass where as the Milenco's have either flat or convex
your comments and views would be apprciated.

Convex is usually for n/s (passenger side).

I personally would go for flat on BOTH sides,but its down to personal preference.

thanks for the views ,Iam getting the standard Milenco mirrors not grand areo .I was thinking off getting flat for both sides  but may now consider a convex on near side.

If the towing mirrors don't block your view in the normal (convex) door mirrors then flat is fine 'cos you'll only be using them to see what's behind, using the car door mirrors to see what is further out.

But if (like the suck it and see) mirrors they block your view in the car door mirrors, or if you aren't going to look in the car mirrors, then you need convex ones so you can see much further out to the sides and eliminate more of the blind spots.

Bought a twin pack of the Rock Steady Mirrors from Waudby's for just £14.65 and they come as one flat and one convex. I have the flat on the drivers side and convex on the passenger side and it works well.
