The only advice I an give you is, try to get the rear of the trailer facing in the direction you want to reverse it in as you pull forward in preparation to reverse.
When you're reversing, if you're confused as to which way to turn your steering to compensate for the direction your trailer is going, simply treat your trailer as a garage into which you're trying to reverse your car, that way, you'll turn the steering the right way.
I've been reversing trailers since I was a youngster growing up on a farm so reversing has never been a problem to me but, I've helped a number of workshop juniors learn to reverse artics in the yard & you'll be surprised how much you'll improve if you go to a local trading estate or car park on a sunday when it's quiet, set yourself a reversing course & have a play.
