It looks to me as though it has an Alko stabiliser fitted, so the towcar needs either an Alko towball (which has a longer neck than a normal bolt on towball), or a swan neck towball will be OK. It won't fit on a standard bolt on towball.
If it did turn out not to have an Alko stabiliser it would still be OK on an Alko towball.
It's only the length of the neck that is different, the size of the towball is the same.
