Hi all,

Finaly picked up our first caravan yesterday - twin axle bessacarr cameo 420 GL pulled with a LWB Shougn 2.8TD (7 seater)

The caravan towed like a dream and I was supprised how steady it all felt.

Anway, I didn't get an owners handbook with the caravan so am I safe to go by the Shogun handbooks advice of  Maximum Trailer Nose Weight 130KG?

Usually the limit for the Alko hitch is 100kg. You should not exceed the hitch limit.

I have trawled all over the internet for a users manual with no luck,

Your towbar should be marked with its limit too, so you go with the lowest of the two.
