warick servs would be my choice, on route and a safe place to stop, im sure it wasnt badly priced last time i stayed there.
i would personally travel all night (if not too tired) and wait at dover last time i done this they put me on an earlier ferry and i slept while crossing.
meaning youll be on your way alot earlier and can take your time to get to your destination
nothing stopping you joining the que early if theres no space on an earlier ferry
