Have a look at the freedom range of caravans,We had one as our first van and we used to tow ours with a little 1.3 Jeep and a 1.3 Suzuki Wagon, Always stable and used to tow all over the country,
They are fairly cheap to buy and also don't get damp
If you google freedom caravans in stafford they always have a large range of stock,
The sunseeker model is a 3/4 berth but has no bathroom, whereas the jetstream models are 2 berth but do have a small wet room , I've even some some fitted with showers and central heating.

now we got rapido recordmatic folding caravan which is heavier 670kg which again is fine on the flat but we worried about the hills!
recommend different tow car?!!
