going to be usng the disco to tow my avondale (navara broke again).my question is will i need to fit a tow ball spacer with the alko tow ball because of spare wheel.may be a daft question but better safe than sorry.

Afternoon cambridgecockne, I do with mine, only because I have a cycle-rack mount as well, and it brings it out from spare wheel. regards David.

I've towed my 'van with an Alko 2000 coupling with a couple of Discos & as long as there's an Alko towball on, the spare wheel is well out of the way.

What a brilliant tow machine.pulled like a train. fuel consumption better than my navara.covered near 800 miles not a hiccup.
