Just returned with a chocka Zafira from France and decided that next year we have to seriously consider a trailer. My wife thinks we should be spending more money and buy the erde 153 I think the 142 would suffice.
Do you think the 142 would be used or should we go for an alternative brand. In the coming years we will want to take our bikes. with towing a trailer would you suggest attaching the bikes to the top of the trailer, on the roof, or would the systems that attach to the tow ball that allow you to tow in addition to a bike carrier.

Topic: A new trailer erde 142 or the 153
You can get hard covers for these trailers and bars for the bikes I have also seen some people just lay the bikes on top (obviously with protection) and strap them down with no problems
