They all have to be CE approved, but I don't think you'll go far wrong with a Witter towbar - see the Galaxy spec bar here

Towsure do their own range that can be retrofitted for a detachable head, here
PS: to my reply.
Towequipe are an excellent towbar supplier (had mine from them, superb company) and just found a deal on the Witter detachable towbar, here which might be of interest.
