hello dotman try this for tow info http://www.whattowcar.com/ or http://www.whattowcar.com/basic_index.php
Hope they come up, if not try googling what tow car.
Noseweights always a bit of an issue with caravan manufacturers, I don't think I've seen them listed on any literature.
As a guide, it's recommended aiming for an approximate 7% of the laden van weight as a target noseweight, however you must obviously observe the towball rating of 75kgs too so aim your weight as close to (and below) this as possible by sensible loading IF the 7% equates to a higher weight than 75kgs.
Thanks to everyone for their replies it is nice to know you are all out with plenty of experience to help going to go for 75 kg thinking of buying a noseweight but cant decided on which one or what is best,
Jockey wheel on bathroom scales is near enough. Caravan needs to be level & on level ground to get a correct reading. If your drive slopes, use a supermkt car park.
Hi call me stupid, dont really understand why level as it is a single axel lift jockey wheel and legs the caravan will drop forward as it will balance because of natural front weight

The centre of gravity, being above the axle, moves forward when the nose is down and increases the noseweight. Conversely the noseweight is lower when the nose is up.
If you lean backwards you'll have less weight on your toes than you would if you leaned forwards, for the same reason.
At 1450kg and me at 63 it might be a tad heavy to lift
Im not much younger but can tell if its around 50kg on the hitch handle, does not really want to be more as dynamic loading will go over your max of 75kg
More worrying would be if you could lift it with one hand easily
