Hi all, My Sister is going to buy a Toyota Amazon (10years old) as the discovery has died and she needs something capable of pulling a 3 horse trailer as well as her caravan. Has anyone towed with one before and do you know the nose weight for the car as I can't find anything definitive on the net.
If the disco could do it the Amazon will do it in spades - they just dont get any better. From memory the noseweight was around 150Kg but i think it depended on the hitch type as there are various hitch configurations on an Amazon. People round here haul 3 ton diggers with them (Legal???)
------------- The things that come to those who wait, may be the only things left by those who got there first.
I would of thought that the limiting factor will be the maximum nose weight of the trailer not the car in this case IIRC it is around about 100kg for a caravan don't know what it is for a horse trailer though.
