It will be with weights, in the car handbook. It will be worded as 'tow hitch download' or similar, it will be between 50-90kg for a car & more for a 4x4.

For the 06+ Galaxy, Ford upgraded the noseweight from 75kg to 90 kg around 2008 (not sure from which build date).
