I think 85% of your kerbweight is 1090Kg.  I may be wrong, but you will have that figure.  The actual kerbeight appears to be 1283.  It may be a later model though, with a bit more weight.

If that's correct the caravan is much too heavy.

the car should be able for 1250 kg,i pull an elddis 1300kg with a 02 1.8 and its grand.good luck with your caravan
