anyone tow with a kia carens i would like to know if there are any problems

Yep i had one 3 years ago 2litre diesel turbo very fast diesel and i thot a good tow car.It had plenty torque and road holding was good, in my humble opinion,shame kia does not hold their price as they are great value for money..

I had an 05 one, and it needed 3 gearboxes in 100,000 miles, due to the internal problems, they have sorted that problem on the new ones

I,ve had 2 Kia Carens Mk2 & Mk3, no problems tow a Elddis Riviera 482 1200kg, keep them seviced and they are OK, 138BHP 6 speed gearbox, 30mpg towing 40mpg plus solo.

Same engine and box in the Hyundai Trajet, and they had the same gearbox problem
