Anyone have one of the new shape Lagunas? Seen a nice Sport tourer (estate) with low miles and good price. I am no longer towing so weights etc. not relevent. Just want to know of any problems that have been flagged up on the new model.

Renault are notorious for not understanding electric very well hence the reason their cars always seem inexpensive on the used market.

That said, they are styled well in my opinion and there some high milers about so they can't be all bad.

I used to have an 04 laguna, most reliable car I have owned so far!!!!! and I covered 110,000m in it!! and the previous on to that was an 01 passat that had terrible electrical problems amongst others!

Next was a volvo v50, don't go there! as some will know if theres an engine fault or engine sensor fault they go into "limp home mode" it liked using that a lot!!

Current Accord seems ok, done 35,000 in it since new (Nov 09)!!!
