I'm the only one who  tows in our house so far we have done Bristol to The lizzard in Cornwall around 200 miles which can take 3.5 to 4hrs depending on traffic. Would like to go further but its the others in the car I know wouldnt put up with a long journey. I try to plan to avoid traffic maybe go a day early to site other then a saturday and leave as late as possible to get the caravan back in to storage before dark o clock as the yard has time locks on it.If I had my way I would drive overnight except for HGV'S the roads are empty but its unfair to expect everyone else to sleep in the car while I'm driving.
