hi all am toying with the idea of getting a lpg jeep grand cherokee for towing my tourer and for space for the dogs when we go on a 6 mth tour of spain
my question is does anyone own one of these ,are they anygood,what are they like for towing with ,how are they on the long run on fuel mpg ect ,anything to look out for apart from the obvious any help in this matter would be great cheers dougie

Depending on the engine and year 18 - 25mpg solo, 12 - 15mpg towing. Possibly as low as 10mpg on LPG.
You maybe better off buying a diesel one.
No hassles trying to find an LPG garage and have the correct adapter to actually fit up.
No loss of space because of the LPG tank.
Some people get an under the floor tank which take the place of the main fuel tank and have a smaller fuel tank fitted, Problem then is your range on petrol is very limited.
Station hopping if you cannot find an LPG garage.
Large LPG tank inside may take up the room you need.

Depends if it is factory fitted or aftermarket. I'd never touch an aftermarket system.
