Whilst I am happy towing forward I find reversing a challenge apart from the caravan and c&c club is there anyone other organisations that run courses on how to reverse with a trailer

Thanks
I have a suggestion but not sure of the answer until tou ask. See if a driving school will give you some lessons check the price also after all they must be able to reverse just not sure about a trailer but you can only ask
Go to a supermarket after hours and pratice reversing into the parking bays, always go in from the right (not your blind side) once you master that side start going in on your blind side,
Top tip if you want the van to go right, first turn the steering wheel to the left, once everything has started to move, slowly turn the wheel back to the right and keep an eye in the mirror as to where the back of the van is, if the van is where you want it to be turn the wheel a small amount to the left then right
To send the van left turn the wheel to the right etcetera

i might be wrong, but don't you have a trailer tent?if so a motor mover would be a little ott.as said above it is just practice,as with most things, practice makes perfect.
I enjoy the challenge of reversing. A small trailer is harder to reverse than a large one as things go wrong quicker with a small trailer and they are harder to see. Although a small trailer being smaller is less likely to hit anything. I used to enjoy reversing our trailer tent up the lane and onto the drive but it is too tight to reverse a caravan up so I ended up getting a mover. Movers start at about £600 but not really suitable for a trailer tent.
