Can anyone recommend a MPV type tow car, e.g C4 Picasso, suitable for an Abbey Lincoln 2 berth 'van MTPL 1060 kg. My wife has health problems and dropping down into a normal saloon car causes pain.  At the moment I'm using a '03 Xsara Picasso HDi 90 bhp but is slightly under power.  Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.

Just select your engine from the drop down, they now have the 1.6 tdi CR 105 bhp

Or if you want to keep your picaso, you could always get it chipped to 115 bhp for around £400

Not an MPv but still a high type vehicle. we are currently on a camp site and near us across the pitches is the new kia sportage, They look really cool, May be worth a check out and I know Kia do good deals on motability if you are eligable. Never really noticed them before but they look very funky

i have a fiat ullyse and it suffered from lack of power ,i then had it remapped and gained 43 bhp and extra torque it cost £295 and it is now fantastic

Another vote for C Max here. The 2.0L TDCI has stacks of power and with a kerbweight of about 1560kg and a max tow weight of 1500 sounds perfect.

P.s. Mine is a 56 plate. I don't know about the spec . of the new one.

I love my Galaxy tdi and get good mpg45+ and it tows my baily 550/6 very very well.
