Providing the figures you have presented are correct, technically you can pull it as long as you do not put anything inside the caravan as you will go over the 1300kg allowed by the car manufacturer.
So that would mean no gas, spare wheel, or battery, nothing (ok you have 26kg to play with but the MRO on the plate may not be 100% accurate).
The MTPLM of the caravan is irrelevant as if stopped it is the weight measured at the time not the plated weights they go by and as long as you are under the 1300kg your ok.
